1980's black and white polka dot midi skirt. Elasticated waist band. Lovely mid size pleats all the way around. Fabric is polyester but feels like a lightweight crepe really lovely feel to it.
The elastic has gone a fair bit in the waistband but there is still stretch in it and is absolutely fine to wear - price is reflective of this though
